Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In the same condition as received
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Options

We offer two return methods:

  • Store Credit (Free)
    Issued immediately once your return is processed.
  • Refund to Original Payment Method (Free)
    Processed after approval. Please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Domestic ( Within Denmark) returns: Covered by Jashn
  • International returns ( Outside Denmark) : Customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees

For cost-effective international returns, we recommend using local postal services such as:
Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post, or Australia Post.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shopjashneu@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or altered:

  • Sale items
  • Custom-stitched items
  • Personalised items
  • Gift cards

Important:
These exclusions do not apply if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will ensure a suitable resolution.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must meet standard return conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed
  • With tags and original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return
  • Funds will appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at shopjashneu@gmail.com.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible, as production begins for made-to-order items

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will:

  • Notify you promptly
  • Offer a full refund or suggest alternative options (if available)
