We want you to love your Jashn purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
What is your return policy for online orders?
- Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of your package delivery.
- Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, with all tags attached, and in unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.
What are the return options (store credit vs. refund)?
- Store Credit: Returns for store credit are processed free of charge.
- Refund to Original Payment Method: Returns refunded to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) will incur a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your total purchase price.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
- Free Shipping Promotions: If your order was shipped under a Free Shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund amount.
Who pays for return shipping and customs (international orders)?
You will be liable for all return shipping charges and customs fees for orders placed internationally.
For the most affordable international return rates, we recommend using your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.).
Are there any exclusions or exceptions?
To be eligible for a return, all items must be sent back in original packaging, with all tags attached, and in an unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as Sale, Custom-Stitched, or Personalized are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or alterations.
- Exception: Final sale exclusions do not apply to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. If the error is on our end, we will do everything possible to rectify the issue.
When will I receive my refund?
- Please allow approximately three (3) weeks for your return to be delivered and processed at our warehouse.
- Once your refund is initiated, it may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used.
- Store Credit: Refunds for store credit will be available in your account immediately once issued from our end.
